Introduction
We are now inviting expressions of interest for the 2026 AgileMind Community Partnership Program.
If your organisation is working to create meaningful impact in your community and needs long-term technology support, we would love to hear from you.
This is not a one-off project initiative. We are seeking organisations who are ready to build a sustainable partnership, where we design, develop, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve technology solutions together.

What to Include in Your Email
To help us understand your organisation and needs, please include the following sections in your proposal:
1. About Your Organisation
- Organisation name
- Location(s) of operation
- Legal status (Charity, Trust, Incorporated Society, etc.)
- Year established
- Brief overview of your mission and the community you serve
2. Community Impact & Reach
- Who do you serve? (e.g., youth, families, elderly, migrants, etc.)
- Approximate number of active users/beneficiaries
- Estimated number of people who would directly benefit from this project
- Estimated number of people who may benefit indirectly
- Geographic reach (local, regional, national)
- The problem you are addressing

3. The Challenge You Are Facing
- What operational or technology challenges are limiting your impact?
- What systems or processes are currently in place?
- What risks or inefficiencies exist today?
4. The Support You Are Seeking
- Type of support required (new system, system upgrade, automation, advisory, etc.)
- Expected number of system users (staff, volunteers, community members)
- Any data security or compliance considerations
- Preferred timeline
5. Long-Term Vision
- How will improved technology increase your impact over the next 2β3 years?
- What measurable outcomes do you hope to achieve?
- How will success be defined?
6. Funding & Sustainability
- Current funding position for this initiative
- Internal capability for ongoing collaboration
- Any constraints or dependencies
Selection Criteria
All applications will be carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with the goals of the 2026 AgileMind Community Partnership Program. Selection will be based on the following criteria:
1. Community Impact & Benefit
- Clear description of the social issue being addressed
- Demonstrated positive impact on communities within New Zealand
- Estimated number of direct beneficiaries
- Potential indirect reach and broader community benefit
- Evidence that improved technology will meaningfully increase impact
Priority will be given to initiatives with measurable and scalable outcomes.
2. Alignment with Program Purpose
- Strong alignment with long-term partnership values
- Commitment to sustainable and responsible use of technology
- Willingness to collaborate openly and transparently
- Shared vision for community-driven growth
We are seeking organisations that view this as an ongoing partnership, not a one-off project.
3. Organisational Readiness
- Clear articulation of the problem and proposed direction
- Identified point of contact for ongoing collaboration
- Leadership support for digital improvement
- Openness to process change and improvement
Organisations must demonstrate readiness to actively engage throughout the development and implementation journey.

4. Sustainability & Long-Term Viability
- Clear 2β3 year vision for growth and development
- Ability to maintain operational ownership of the solution
- Commitment to ongoing collaboration for maintenance and updates
- Consideration of funding sustainability
Applications that show long-term thinking and realistic sustainability planning will be prioritised.
5. Feasibility & Scope
- Project scope suitable for a collaborative CSR partnership model
- Realistic timelines
- Practical implementation potential
- Appropriate level of technical complexity
Projects must be achievable within the capacity of the 2026 program while delivering meaningful impact.
6. Funding & Resource Considerations
- Transparency regarding current funding position
- Willingness to explore grants or external funding where required
- Responsible financial planning for sustainability
Where appropriate, AgileMind may support funding pathway discussions; however, selection does not guarantee financial sponsorship.
Final Selection Process
Shortlisted organisations may be invited to participate in a discovery discussion.
Final selection decisions are made solely at the discretion of AgileMind.nz. All decisions are final and are not subject to appeal, review, or challenge.
